By installing or using the Pakistani Serials Android app (“the app”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
The app lists Pakistani drama episodes that are publicly available on third-party video platforms (such as Dailymotion and YouTube) and provides a player that embeds those platforms. We do not host the video files. Availability of any particular episode depends on the third party’s listing and geographic restrictions.
The app is free. There are no in-app purchases, no paid tiers, and no subscriptions. If a future paid feature is added, these Terms will be updated first.
The drama episodes, their posters, titles, and any other copyrighted material belong to their respective rights-holders. The app only links to or embeds third-party players; it does not claim ownership of the content itself. If you are a rights-holder and believe content linked through the app should be removed, contact us (below) and we will remove the link within a reasonable time frame.
Playback happens inside the third-party provider’s embedded player. Their terms and privacy policies apply separately to what happens during playback. We are not responsible for the content, advertising, or behavior of those providers.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Episodes may be delayed, geographically restricted, removed by the upstream provider, or temporarily broken. We make no guarantee that any particular episode will be available at any particular time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers of this app are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
